Sohil's passion for fitness dates back to his childhood. He started getting into fitness at the age of 5 with gymnastics. The movements that he learned during his training eventually led him to discover a Korean martial art called Tae-Kwon-Do. By the age of 15, he had competed and won in several competitions in Toronto, while training at The World Master Tae Kwon Do Academy. At the age of 19, Sohil discovered bodybuilding which fueled his passion for the fitness industry. He has helped educate many people on diet, exercise, and always willing to answer questions. His vision is to take fitness to brave new heights by providing a commitment to excellence. Sohil is focuses on developing a relationship between him and his class in order to maximize the influence each fitness class has on their fitness goals.
